• Recruitment focal point for the Activities of the (Slaughterhouse and Poultry).• Involved in the annual functional budget planning for Campus activities and monitor the expenses on a regular basis and flag any overruns and overspends.• Provide recruitment and selection services (e.g. Screening “CVs) for all staff positions (White & Blue Collars) and management positions.• Continually improves the Talent Acquisition processes with innovation.• Fully utilizes the digital sourcing tools.
