Responsibilities:- Project Management (using Attask Workfront platform), planning, executing and following-up actions according to timelines, schedule and task updates;- Leadership Skills: Development and expasion of the packaging area, coordination of the packaging development team (intern and assistant), acting as a regional (LATAM) focal point to:• Elimination of Single Sources --> Total of 28 single sources eliminated in 3 years;• Packaging Improvements: Quality, Cost Reductions, Safety and Violability Protections --> R$ 5M of savings on packaging projects (from 2016 to 2019);• Solutions to customer needs and Market requirements (use of Salesforce platform), development of new SKUs, etc;• Certification Process for the Transport of Dangerous Goods according with local land regulations (ANTT 5232) and International Maritimal regulations (IMDG Code), based on UN Orange Book;• Compliance (Regulatory) support according to national laws (Lei 7.082);- Technical Support Activities with the Quality area, as well as Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing, always aiming the best attending the Formulation needs and requirements and aligned with the Marketing and Product Strategy.
