Managing social media accounts for different brands and businesses (Z2odesign, YogaSouk)

- Was responsible to launch the French market- Worked on the complete sales cycle: from prospecting (LinkedIn) to contacting (Salesforce)

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.• Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.• Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as a spokesperson for the organization.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists and maintain a media database.• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the products, and coordinate publicity events as required.• Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.• Manage the social media accounts. • Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.

- Research & find relevant customers (i.e. brands/startups etc.) who have the sourcing requirements, and onboard them to partner with us- Pitch, design presentations, give demos, schedule calls, follow up on processes- Be the local point of contact- Document & analyze customer behavior

As part of the founding team for the Dutch market, my main responsibilities were:- To contribute in developing the talent.io brand by looking for events to attend or sponsor and help organizing our own - To identify, qualify, and select the best candidates- To be their advocate by helping them land the best possible jobs i.e. coach each one of them personally in their search, follow their ongoing recruitment processes, inform them, customize their experience, etc. (contribute and facilitate their recruitment) - To work closely with the rest of the team (especially our Client Executives who are responsible for managing companies) - To work with a lot of autonomy and be proactive on different subjects to make/help the company evolve

The internship is divided into 2 parts: I spent the first half in the 'Initiative branch' as a Media Planner, and the second in the Creative Agency for client servicing as a Marketeer - Participated in meetings - Media Research and Planning. Final project: Present a Media Strategy Plan and recommendation to bring NETFLIX to Lebanon in front of the steering committee.
