ג׳ודאית לשעברירדן החלה ג׳ודו בגיל 6 ופרשה בגיל 28.במהלך הקריירה זכתה בעשרות מדליות ובניהן 8 פעמים אלופת ישראל,3 מדליות באליפויות אירופה, אלופת עולם 2013, סגנית אלופת עולם 2014, מדליסטית אולימפית משחקים האוליפיים ריו 2016.בנוסף ירדן זכתה בתואר ספורטאית השנה בשנים 2013,2014 ו-2016.כיום ירדן עוסקת בהרצאות על הקריירה או איך שהיא קוראת לזה -סיפור חיים.הרצאה: ״ללא פשרות״​במסגרת ההרצאה ירדן חולקת עם המשתתפים את התובנות שפיתחה בהתמודדות עם תחרות ויריבות, לרבות התמודדות עם לחצים, כישלונות והצלחות, איתור החולשות והחוזקות האישיות לצד היכולות הטכניות והמנטאליות. תובנות אלו מקנות למשתתפים כלים לפיתוח וטיפוח הקריירה והעסק.(Business Mentoring)הרצאתה של ירדן מסייעת לארגונים לפתח ולחזק את המשאב האנושי והניהולי בחברה תוך הקניית כלים לשיפור התחרותיות בשאיפה למצוינות.ההרצאה מהווה השראה לאנשי עסקים, ספורטאים, מחנכים, ילדים ובני נוער רבים. התמודדותה עם הנושא המגדרי בספורט בו נדרש כוח פיזי לצד תחכום ואסטרטגיה והכלים אותם פיתחה לצורך התמודדות זו מאפשרת למאזינים לזהות בתוכם יכולות ורעיונות בדרכם להגשמת חלום ולפריצת תקרת הזכורית.משך ההרצאה שעה + 15 דקות לשאלות מלווה בוידאו ומצגת.Former JudokaYarden started judo when she was 6 years old and retired at the age of 28.Yarden won dozens of medals during her career and is an 8 times Israeli national champion.On the world stage she won 3 European Championships medals,was 2013 world champion and 2014 world silver medalist. She is an Olympic medalist from the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Yarden was named best female Israeli athlete in 2013,2014,2016.Today Yarden talks about her career in a lecture or how she describes it"A Life Story".Lecture - "Uncompromising"Yarden shares with the audience her insights about handling competitions and rivalries, success and failure, recognising individual strengths and weaknesses alongside with technical and mental abilities. These insights allow the participants to develop their career and business (business mentoring).Yarden's lecture is designed to help organisations promote its human resource, while providing tools designed to encourage competitiveness and excellence.The lecture is an inspiration to many business people, athletes, educators, children and teens. Yarden's challenge of the gender issue in a sport that requires both strength and strategic skills, combined with the tools she developed to face these challenges allows her audience to find within themselves their own personal ideas and abilities on their own quest of breaking their glass ceiling. The lecture, which includes a presentation and video clips, is an hour long followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
