In my current positions as an IT and Systems Engineer in one of the renowned private IT company called, BridgeTech, I provide an on-site and remote support to clients on different software and hard ware related requests and concerns. In particular, my support includes, but not limited to, installation, testing and configuration of hardwares and software to our clients and act as the first line of support for trouble- shooting for hardware, software and network systems. In my current as well as past roles, I serve at least 10 customer queries per day; such that significant number of customers have so far witnessed with documentation that I am providing them with a timely, quality and professional services with a friendly customer –service approach.With my best customer relationship skill, I have managed to respond and resolve from basic queries to advanced trouble-shooting issues; providing feedback to the customers in defined timelines; and escalating more serious issues to relevant stakeholders( as needed) as well as making recommendations to prevent future problems. In addition to my technical skills of trouble shooting of technical issues, I have had an experience in documenting process and maintaining service records; with an aim of identifying gaps, improving services and maintaining performance reports for the company. I have excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills, timeline prediction as well the ability to work independently or with a team.
