My career experience at different organizations has enabled me to experience and visualize various project/program executions in different situations in a strategic ways. I have a total of fifteen years of hands-on experience in different health and social development programs and projects. With my diverse educational background mentioned below, I have acquired a basic and necessary knowledge background that enables me to execute activities systematically and analytically. I have worked on health and life insurance, WASH, HIV/AIDS prevention and control, family planning, adolescence and youth sexual and reproductive health, community-based health, epidemic control, disaster preparedness and response, partnership creation, early childhood care and education, community-based nutrition, community-led total sanitation and hygiene, health management information systems, malaria prevention and control, capacity building, income-generating activities, and social marketing programs for SRHR implementation. I have experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on different programs. I can work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously on a daily basis. I am young, energetic, and eager to learn new knowledge and skills. I am flexible in working hours and can work when necessary on holidays and weekends. I am trustworthy and have experience in developing clear goals and setting priorities for activities.
