As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Yared Mezlekia is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Program insite LLC, and its Medical Manufacturing line of business American Premium Gloves. Mr. Yared works closely with the CEO to set strategic goals and direction for the whole organization.Mr. Yared is also responsible for managing the company's resources and ensuring that they are used efficiently while overseeing the various departments within the company including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.Mr. Yared is responsible for managing risk and ensuring that the company's policies and procedures are followed and that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including those within the State of Maryland and the US Food and Drug Administration.In addition to managing the company's budget and financial performance and ensuring that the company is operating within financial constraints, Mr. Yared is responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations as well as increase productivity at the American Premium Gloves manufacturing plant.Mr. Yared is a charismatic leader that continues to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers within Washington County, the City of Hagerstown, the State of Maryland, and the Federal Government.Mr. Yared is responsible for representing the interests of Program insite LLC in negotiations and other business transactions to drive continuous growth within the organization.Mr. Yared is responsible for managing and developing the company's team of executives and managers, as well as coaching and mentoring.
