I lead the 13-person Engagement Team at the United States Air Force's premier software organization. We are the in-house agency responsible for org-wide brand, Live Events, Marketing, Public Affairs, DV/VIP visits, Internal Comms, Recruiting, Outreach, and any other external engagement.

I help match clients with Creative and Technical talent around the nation (and abroad). From Live event to agency level In-House creative support, I maintain a roster of vetted talent interested in Freelance, Part-time and Fulltime placements.Positions include: Photographers, Gaffers, Motion Graphic Artists, Creative Directors, AV Techs, Art Directors, Copy Writers, to name a few.Clients include Fortune 500 Companies, Creative Agencies and Production Companies.

Identify, develop and maintain relationships with corporate and broadcast clients, and a wide variety of creative and technical talent around the country and serve as a point of contact while managing logistics, scheduling/ hiring crew, booking equipment and providing outstanding customer service for client video, AV and multimedia productions nationwide.

As the Post Associate Producer for the television show, "What History Forgot" on the American Heros Channel, I acquire footage needed for editing.

Assisted the Production Manager and production team as needed for reality television show "Monument Guys" on the History Channel. Managed all logistics for talent and production team including travel, hiring crew, coordinating schedules and casted experts to appear on camera while cultivating relationships with shoot locations. Traveled with production team to various cities to ensure production shoots ran smoothly by creating daily call sheets/production reports, as well as managing cast and crew list and purchase orders.Assisted post production with transcribing, script conforming, time coding, uploading rights bible to network portal.
