Fractional Partners is a profit design firm that helps driven entrepreneurs achieve extreme clarity in their strategy, finances, and operations-so they can build extremely profitable businesses.

As a Business Mentor at the Polsky Center, University of Chicago, I guided entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, including students, alumni, and faculty. My focus was on helping them define clear strategies and encouraging creative solutions. I provided support throughout various growth stages, from early ideas to existing business optimization.

I successfully managed and led the turnaround efforts for four distressed portfolio companies.Through strategic planning and tactical improvements, I achieved significant results: one company achieved its highest sales year in a seven-year history, and another moved from a loss to a positive gross margin for the first time. To accomplish this, I rolled up my sleeves, joined the team, implemented the EOS methodology, and led from within.To achieve that, I brought and led teams of external experts to accelerate strategic growth objectives for each asset. Together, we developed clear strategic turnaround plans, making crucial improvements like business model pivots and updated value propositions. Additionally, when needed, I filled essential functions within the companies, such as product management and marketing, until expert teams were available.Throughout this process, I had the pleasure of guiding and mentoring founding teams, supporting them in different ways: some required daily hands-on assistance and some on a weekly check-in basis. For my growth and the growth of others in the VC, I conducted enriching workshops and presentations across the companies, introducing methodologies like Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, and customer discovery, empowering tactical experts to implement these approaches in their day-to-day roles. These endeavors laid the foundation for a venture studio playbook.

-Established in 2012, meitar.co was Israel’s largest online store for army and military gear and an authorized supplier to the Ministry of Defense. -Founding and growing the company and building all its associated technology and infrastructure to attain to attain 15,000+ monthly customers.-The company underwent a successful acquisition in 2019.

-Developing and delivering a youth counselor training program to all camp leaders.- Overseeing the welfare of 300 campers and managing all camp activities.- Teaching Web and Cyber Development courses to campers.

-Commanding Artillery Corps platoons of up to 40 soldiers, responsible for the welfare, morale, discipline, and efficiency of cadets in my charge. -Leading Military Command Centres, overseeing the management of 6 canons, and controlling operational missions during times of regional conflict.-Acting as a Mentor, developing and coaching Commanders and direct reports in my platoon.

-Israel’s first website to enable small business owners to embed SMS messaging for website monetization.

-An online platform for B2C payments in partnership with VISA Cal, Israel’s second largest credit card company.
