As a Middleware and Backend Engineer, I led the end-to-end design, development, and management of a robust loyalty system for Indonesia's premier airlines, PT Garuda Indonesia and PT Citilink Indonesia. My role required engineering a high-performance, scalable, and reliable platform capable of supporting a vast, dynamic user base while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.Built a high-performance loyalty system architecture. Designed and implemented a robust system using Java and Apache Camel to handle seamless communication across distributed services. This ensured high scalability and reliability, meeting the complex operational demands of the aviation industry.Optimized message brokering for efficient data flow. Leveraged ActiveMQ and Kafka to ensure secure, asynchronous, and fault-tolerant message exchange, enabling real-time synchronization and improved data consistency across multiple systems.Enhanced data management and analytics capabilities. Implemented MySQL for transactional integrity, Elasticsearch for high-speed search and filtering, and Google BigQuery for advanced data warehousing and analytics.
