Suite Bella is a platform that offers on demand makeup services and workshops to women in Massachusetts. My team and I pride in providing an in-home experience for clients to get their makeup done without the inconvenience of having to go to a retailer.

8 month contract BCU is a community based organization which aims to transform the streets of Greater Boston into equitable and inviting people centered spaces affording access and connection for everyone. We accomplish this through organizing, advocacy, public actions and holding city and state agencies accountable to build out the network to safe, protected bike infrastructure. I curate large scale special events in the Greater Boston area in collaboration with local community organizations, small businesses and neighborhood cycling groups.•Organize fun and inclusive neighborhood events centered on active mobility for residents and their families to enjoy•Build visibility through outreach, strategic partnerships and community engagement •Host workshops and educational trainings as it relates to community organizing, urban infrastructure and cycling safety•Mobilize large groups of people via social media outreach and marketing strategies

I oversaw City of Boston’s 20 Main Streets organizations in partnership with a team of neighborhood business managers to provide support to new and existing businesses to enhance the local economic development in Boston’s neighborhoods. •Provided necessary support and resources to Main Streets to address economic inclusion and mobility efforts •Collaborated and assisted the Main Streets Board and Executive Directors•Management or Boston Main Streets annual fiscal budget and renewal of contract agreements •Networker and built a relationship to leverage funding opportunities and technical assistance •Served as main advisor in the Reimagine Boston Main Streets initiative

Managed the relationship between the Department of Veteran Affairs and Northeastern University through the development of academic support, events, community programming and resources for over 900 enrolled student veterans in the Boston, Seattle, San Francisco and Charlotte campuses.

In partnership with the Department of Veteran Affairs, I provided career readiness, financial support, childcare and allocated housing stability resources for at risk veterans in the North Shore area.

In contract with the Department of Children and Families, I provided critical tools, support, short-term/ long-term foster care homes for marginalized at-risk children and youth under DCF custody. I assisted a diverse group in intensive foster care learn how to transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Assisted Somerville Police Department with analyzing and disseminating criminal intelligence, detecting crime trends and series, identifying suspect/crime relationships and research projects on criminal and non-criminal public safety issues.
