Teaching English as a second language to primary and secondary students. Exposure to American cultures and traditions.

- Collaboration with colleagues and sharing best practices to ensure students' mastery of the Common Core Standards used at Western.- Teaching rigorous lesson plans, materials, and assignments to reinforce skills in reading (poetry), writing, and speaking for 80+ 7th-grade students.

Teams will work on the following five concentrations within each city: Green Infrastructure and Community Development; Workforce Development; Sustainable Agriculture; Public Health; and Urban Forestry.

- Supervise 4 students- Advisor of marketing committee

- Engaging in the process of assisting faculty with 7 students that are in-person through class facilitationand other class activities.- Led study sessions by communicating with students, forming an efficient environment to completework, resulting in over 95% of students passing their classes.

Meeting one on one with 25+ students to help develop professional skills and support undergraduates during their first year of college. Prepare LEAD cohort for Action Awareness Campaign (AAC) projects at the end of the year showcase.

- Maintain communal gardens at Adelphi II Commons- Host 6 events, 3 per semester for over 40+ first-year students living on campus- Build community relationships and assist CGF students

- Assist with check in/outs of students practice COVID-19 pandemic protocols as assigned by UniversityHousing and professional staff.- Demonstrate the highest ethical behavior towards their student residents as defined by both theStudent Code of Conduct and professional staff leadership and working the ASU Tooker House front desk.

Bridging Success Early Start: Lead Peer MentorDevelop connections with foster students transitioning into college as a freshman or transfer student to welcome them to the Sun Devil Community and provide support both academically and with personal life skills.Mentor a cohort of 32 foster students transitioning onto a college to welcome them to the Sun Devil Community. We assist our students by developing connections with peers through hosting events, providing support both academically and personal life. Currently, we are growing our new club on the ASU Tempe campus for all foster youth.

The Environmental and Sustainability Fellow's roles will emphasis on supporting the development of environmental, sustainability, and educational activities.This opportunity helps to create engagement directly with The Farm Gather and Grow projects and with nearby elementary schools such as Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School.Successfully reconstruct, organized and made individual home deliveries to 256 1x1 garden boxes for K-3 rd elementary students from Martin Luther King Jr.Partnering with Unlimited Potential nonprofit to create a Sustainability/Environmental Science digital curriculum to assist parents to teach children apart from their weekly encounters in the classroom as well as at home since education never stops.

Coordinate and supervise a group of 10 high school students in mapping services in the Maryvale community. This also involved surveying people within this neighborhood. This Community Youth Mapping experience was meant to collect data that would later become a mobile app, the project intent was to share resources that are currently available in the area.
