• Responsible for the successful administration and supervision of a team whose overall goal is to assess and support clients with housing needs in our region. • Lead the teams to implement financial assistance programs, provide housing-related needs education, assessments, and information and referrals to internal/external partners.

• Responsible for the property’s financial performance, program compliance, physical condition, tenant satisfaction, supervision, and development of personnel. • Identifies practical methods for dealing with tenancy issues and improving resident retention• Maintain tenant files, track, and prepare files for annual renewal• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal staff, owners, community groups, funding sources and other housing agencies.

• Resident Support• Supervision of recreation, educational and cultural activities• Ensure program rules and regulations

• Facilitate successful placement of families who are currently in emergency shelter• Coordinate support services initiate referrals• Conduct assessments of client housing needs and other barriers that affect stabilization such as financial legal and mental health
