• Lead the teams to implement financial assistance programs, provide housing-related needs education, assessments, and information and referrals to internal/external partners.

• Responsible for the property’s financial performance, program compliance, physical condition, tenant satisfaction, supervision, and development of personnel.
• Identifies practical methods for dealing with tenancy issues and improving resident retention
• Maintain tenant files, track, and prepare files for annual renewal
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal staff, owners, community groups, funding sources and other housing agencies.

• Resident Support
• Supervision of recreation, educational and cultural activities
• Ensure program rules and regulations

• Facilitate successful placement of families who are currently in emergency shelter
• Coordinate support services initiate referrals
• Conduct assessments of client housing needs and other barriers that affect stabilization such as financial legal and mental health
