• Supervise Board Operators and Producers to meet the network and company’s goals. • Produce and oversee Music shows and playlists for local stations and for over 50 affiliates in LATAM.• Coordinate and lead Digital team to distribute music shows and other products to all digital platforms.• Attend prominent music festivals to promote radio/music products and create alliances with labels and music groups.• Host On-Air Shows and segments when needed for talk radio stations. Responsible for station’s image.• Reconcile the logs, prepare and finalize reports with the traffic department. Program the station according logs.• Program Dalet systems, monitor ISDNs, Comrex, Tielines, satellites, & manage control/server rooms.• Maintain equipment and signal path via consoles, studios, control room, and control center to ensure audio quality.

-Assist with the production of Time Warner Deportes and TW SportsNet Programming.-Handle all equipments (Camera, Lights Setting, Cabling, Audio).-Served as communication facilitator between the various elements involved in the production on the set – Performed all tasks, on and off set, as required by talent/director/producer to their complete satisfaction.
