As the Operations Manager, I was in charge of managing key personnel essential to operations.Served as the main point of contact for feedback and dissemination of important information between operational ground staff, upper management and external clients.I conducted regular personnel engagement to gather valuable feedback and opinions, placing emphasis of empowering the staff under my care and providing an avenue for their opinions to be heard.Analysed and filtered large amounts of data for the subsequent generation, dissemination and presentation of weekly and monthly reports.Compiled and presented reports to both internal and external stakeholders to provide regular monthly updates on the service level standards that are being met.Responsible for timely incident management, reporting and investigation, when required.Conducted post-incident reviews to mitigate any possible consequences as well as to prevent future occurrences of such incidents.Analysed historical data and trends to initiate process changes, in order to optimise and improve current methods in terms of efficiency and sufficiency.

Due to COVID-19, all Freshmen Orientation Projects including RHOC 20/21 had to be converted and conducted online. This was the first ever, if not in recent times, that orientation projects aimed at integrating incoming freshmen into a new and foreign environment was done online. This conversion made such integration harder as online interactions can never fully match the effects and impact of face to face interactions. With our best efforts, my committee and I planned and executed a 3 Day e-orientation program with such constraints in place.As the Project Director, I was in charge of planning, coordinating, and supervising the annual Raffles Hall Orientation Camp that aimed to integrate and welcome incoming freshmen into a new and foreign environment that would be their home for the upcoming academic year. Led a team of 40 members to facilitate the orientation camp of close to 300 Freshmen, introducing them to their new peers and creating bonds between them in order to ease the transition to Residential and University Life.Directed and delegated tasks to a committee of close to 40 members made up of various departments (Programs, Logistics, Human Resource and Marketing).Conducted and executed the transition of the usual physical, face-to-face orientation camp into the first ever online orientation project in spite of physical restrictions due to COVID-19.Ensured all loose ends were tied up even after the camp, including settling logistics with various sponsors and stakeholders.

As a Roadshow Coordinator, I had to ensure smooth running of the roadshows.In order to do so, I had to supervise manpower deployments of different roadshow events of different scales and sizes that were organized by different companies such as Gatsby, 3M, Canon etc.Ensured immediate rectification and upward reporting of any issues that arose during the event.

As a GrabPay Ambassador, I was responsible for encouraging merchants and stall owners to onboard the GrabPay initiative as an alternative form of payment instead of cash.I accomplished this by personally visiting various stalls from different hawker centres and merchants island wide with a team of ambassadors. I was promoted to Team Leader after a week of commencing the job and was in charge of a team of 6 members comprising of various ages and backgrounds.
