I’ve spent ten years advising clients on their first major step in their leadership careers, coaching them through the MBA application process to set them on the road to success through a process of knowledge and self-discovery, and help them get accepted to the most prestigious MBA programs.As Head Consultant I’ve coached applicants through the application process, advised them on their profile and essays, and prepared them for their interviews. I’ve guided my clients through a process of self-discovery, tailored unique strategies for each, and helped my clients articulate their goals. With these goals in mind, we created practical plans to attaining those goals, and I worked with them daily on applications to top MBA schools - Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, LBS - but also on other programs - MPPs, law school, PhDs, Accounting and arts degrees, with incredible results.I created materials which formed the backbone of many of our methodologies, composing dozens of internal and client-facing guides, conducting original research to disseminate our knowledge and attract clientele. I also represented our company on public forums and managed our online communities, providing advice to the greater community of knowledge seekers, fundamental for growing our client base.Finally, I have created launched and facilitated an “MBA Admissions Academy”- an in-person full-time course designed for corporate clients, to ensure the best training for their leaders of tomorrow. Part leadership training, part admissions consulting, part self-discovery, I led this course to prepare a selective pool of sponsored managers for their upcoming MBA. I coached groups of 10-20 managers in their applications, defining their future roles, and aligning these with management’s needs. I led these courses over a 4-6 week period abroad in situ at company HQ, collaborating with our clients’ Corporate Universities to tailor the MBA Admissions Academy to their goals.

I guided dozens of clients on applications to MBA Programs, both face-to-face and over the Internet advising clients on how to achieve their personal and professional goals. I consulted them to get acceptance letters from HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Sloan, Kellogg, INSEAD, Stern, Haas, Ross and many other B-schools with a success rate of over 96%.As Career Analyst, I analyzed and reviewed the career plans of every client to come through our doors, getting a broad insight into a number of diverse industries and the career paths within those industries. This knowledge enabled me to evaluate the credibility of their career plans, benchmark client’s chances of acceptance, and advise them on their school selections.I collaborated with Consultant team and our specialists to provide nuanced strategy and support to clients, and completed my training as a consultant receiving the highest training marks in company history, which laid a solid foundation for future development.

As facilitator, I led a dozen courses with 10-40 students for students, many of which who came from minority and or disadvantaged backgrounds, and some who had literacy difficulties. I defined new courses in Business and Grammar for the school, and led conversation workshops and created syllabi and original materials from scratch, collaborating with school directorship to attain academic and professional goals for students, including test preparation, all of which would form the basis for their future studies and careers.

As English facilitator at one of France’s most prestigious institutes for the sciences, I supervised courses for students in Master’s programs as well as for university workers and professors.At the University of Paris Sorbonne, I led courses with 20-30 students, collaborating with the Chemistry, Physics and Biology Departments to create syllabi for four separate courses in both general and specialized English for graduate students, and conducted mid-Semester and post-semester follow ups with students on progress.Additionally I was responsible for the language progress and led a course to a group of University professors, administrators, and staff.

I worked on-site and in company to train corporate management in English, Business, Presentation and Leadership Skills in small and large firms. Clients included Danone, LVMH, The Senate, HSBC, KMPG, HSBC, Société Générale, UBS, BNP Paribas and other institutions. I tailored coursework towards the company’s and client’s individual needs, and coached junior and senior managers up to CEO level individually and in groups with a specialization in Management English, Financial English, Political English. I created and tailored currilae, company by company and client by client, coming up with pedagogical materials from scratch to ensure clients meet their communication goals.
