I also worked to align it with the Columbia Coach Certification Program (CCCP) run by Professor Terry Maltbia. (It's important that there is consistency in how coaching is taught at Columbia). Over the summer of 2018 I piloted the new course design which included the "professionalization" of the video feedback process we use to develop coaching skills (known as academically as "I.P.R.", interpersonal process recall). The student reviews were great: average satisfaction ratings of 4.9 out of 5.0. My learning journey continued as I supervised a dozen students from this summer's pilot, who coached "real" clients in the fall of 2018. I am grateful to my coach supervisor Lynne DeLay from Coach Supervision Academy and Tatiana Bachkirova from Oxford Brooks University for your guidance supervising coaches-in-training.
