I am a Workshop Creator at Hikma, a social enterprise that aims to foster dialogue and innovation among young people from different backgrounds and cultures. I am also a Master's student in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Bologna, where I deepen my knowledge of global issues and challenges. My core competencies include event planning, facilitation, animation, and video editing.As a Workshop Creator, I collaborate with institutions, associations, and experts in the field to design and deliver monthly events that are not limited to expanding participants' knowledge, but also apply the 'learning by doing' method. I also plan the HSIR workshops, which are intensive and immersive experiences that stimulate participants to develop new ideas for the future. Through my work, I contribute to Hikma's mission of creating a more inclusive, diverse, and creative society, and I bring my passion for escursionismo, which is hiking and exploring nature. I enjoy working with a dynamic and multicultural team that shares my values and goals.
