Research Administrator
Current— Moved from a single lab towards the general administrative support of the full research department, helping researchers only focus on research.— Created and maintained various documentation, tracking staff, artifacts of academic work, PR activities, etc.— Helped organize internal events, such as conferences and team gatherings.— Helped colleagues with formulating their research questions and conducting evaluations.— Participated in four papers about AI coding assistants and computer science education, released three pre-prints.— Helped colleagues with writing their works, wrote and edited a wide variety of texts: digests, blogposts, social media posts, summaries, presentations, etc.— Co-created and served as one of the organizers of the IDE Workshop co-located with ICSE.— Served on the program committees of A*-level (ASE, ICSE), A-level (MSR, ICPC, SIGCSE), and other (APSEC, CHASE, ISEC, Koli Calling) conferences.— Reviewed papers for two journals (TSE, TOSEM).— Participated in creating an online course on Data Visualization and in teaching a similar course at a university.— Helped manage the external presence of the research department, actively promoted our work inside and outside of the company, grew social presence.
