Performed planning of hazardous cargo deliveries for both inter-city and in-city trips in Volgograd and Oblast, with total number of clients over 200, facilitated opening of remote depots (cylinder gasses sale shops) in Togliatti, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, organization and control of large batches of cylinders deliveries to company’s branches in Saratov and Astrakhan, making delivery schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis, making reports on performed deliveries with calculation of key performance indicators, optimized routes and loading of trucks, performed selection and justification of special vehicles for cylinders transportation, performed reviewing and control of financial reports from subcontractors, control over safety requirements and ADR observation, interaction with industrial units, such as filling shops, cryogenic liquids production, sales, purchasing departments, Praxair administration.
