During my entire career I have been taking a leading role in all stages of a software development life cycle starting with pre-sales activities up to the release.My main responsibility is to analyze initial functional/non-functional requirements, estimate these requirements and lead the project, making sure it will be of high quality, delivered in time and within budget.Besides supervising technological aspects of the project I’ve taken an active part in the team management, processed organization and built trusted relationships with customers\product owners.Apart from project related activities I have experience in people management.
