• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.• Complete forms in accordance with the company procedures.• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.• Establish work procedures or schedules and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff.• Order and dispense supplies.• Learn to operate new equipment.• Supervise other clerical staff and provide training and orientation to new staff.• Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.• Collect samples in the filling area.• Calibrations, cleaning and maintenance of equipment.• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.• Set up and manage paper or electronic filings systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as procedures, results, correspondence, or other material.• Operate office equipment and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.• Use of lab equipment including balance, pH meter, Pipettes, Mixers, Milko Scan, cryoscopy, viscometer, laboratory fume hood, centrifuge, incubator, Mini Vidas.• Water sampling for hardness, chloride and microbiology tests.• Quantitative analysis for food to include: Aerobic Plate Count, E. Coli, Total Coliform and Yeast & Mold.

• Supervise others and provide on-the-job training.• Customer Service.• Responsible for cashier.• Process merchandise returns and exchanges.• Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items.• Food preparation such as sandwiches and pastries.
