• The role is to report to the CIO directly. 5 Managers and 2 Solution Architects are reporting to the role of over 120 Computer Science Engineers at the international company (Aviva UK, Ageas Belgium)• The role is mainly responsible for software delivery, technology research, IT application infrastructure, enterprise architecture design & development, commercial and regulatory project delivery. • The key role of IT strategies; is planning, developing and executing technologies and infrastructures• Align and develop IT enterprise architecture with Aviva UK Europe technologies & standards• Cloud Transformation; On-Premise Cloud has been built and transformed applications on the Cloud. • Legacy System (AIA, As400) decommission and transformation to Modern Enterprise Architecture• Datacenter Infrastructure, Application Operation and Security are supported and contributed to. • IT Agile Transformation; IT SDLC processes have been transformed to Agile. • Business Digital Transformation, developing from scratch: Sales Mobility, CallCenter, Backoffice, Collection, and Bancassurance etc.

AgeSA has initiated IT Modernization and Digital Transformation Programs. • The success of the program has been evaluated every year by the company's Board of Directors.• “Modernization Program” which contains business, architectural and infrastructural 44 projects. Technologies selection, evaluation and decision-making have been executed accordingly.Enterprise Application Architecture was developed to consolidate all applications in one platform leveraging a unified and homogenous technology stack, containing over 35 Open Source software tools and including DevOps, containerized On-Premise Cloud platform (Docker, Red Hat OpenShift)

The role was mainly responsible for 4 different software delivery domains and over 90 Computer Science Engineers at the international company (Aviva UK, Sabancı). The software delivery domains:• Channels (Sales & Bancassurance, Services & Mobile) Software Development Teams • Software Architecture & Integration Software Development Team• Business Analysis Team• Business Intelligence, Software Development and Analysis TeamsAdditionally;• IT Strategies, strategic and tactical planning, improve IT technologies and infrastructures.• Collaboration to improve IT processes, operations and productivity.• Agile Transformation & Software Delivery Outsource Models have been performed. • Digital Transformation IT Executive Leader• Supported and contributed to Data Center Infrastructure, Application Operation, Enterprise Architecture, Security and Governance.

• The role’s main responsibility was to develop and enhance applications that support Telco Basic Subscription processes which were used by more than 1.2000 main dealers and 17.000 branches. • Scope of innovation, VALID Framework was developed. The Framework is a rule execution engine that executes Telco Product Catalogue rules.

The role's main responsibility was to develop and enhance Telco Self-Service Channel, which contains Individual and Corporate Internet Channels, Mobile applications, SMS and USSD Services Applications.

• The integration architecture and infrastructure was developed with TIBCO technology and methodology.• SMS and USSD Services Channel’s infrastructure and services application were developed. • Basic Convergence architecture was developed with SOA Architecture and BPEL.
