At First Horizon National Corporation, I ensure data integrity by cleaning and preprocessing raw data. I created multi-page report dashboards in Google Looker (Data Studio) using Google BigQuery data, and built SQL queries and views for Looker. I extracted data from Airtable using Google Apps Script, moved it into BigQuery, and analyzed it to provide insights into US traffic, accident patterns, and vehicle safety. I managed datasets in BigQuery, implemented Data Actions in PowerBI dashboards, and filtered write requests using Google Cloud Functions. I developed dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau, created custom visualizations using R, and built multiple derived tables to optimize performance.Additionally, I used Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and Spark for data processing in AWS, stored big data in S3, and developed ad hoc user interfaces with Chartio. I worked with various DW architectures including Google BigQuery, Redshift, and Snowflake, implemented solutions using Hadoop and related tools, and gathered system requirements with the business and analytics teams. My role involved loading and transforming large datasets, cleaning data with R and Python, and building machine learning models to analyze product sales. I also configured Hadoop tools, dealt with structured and unstructured data, and applied machine learning techniques to solve business problems.

At HCA Healthcare, I generated insights into customer behavior to enhance marketing strategies and content creation. I developed data cleanup routines and custom utilities using Google App Script and Sheets, and built chatbots with Google DialogFlow and Firebase to improve customer support. Additionally, I managed PowerBI COE web content, importing and analyzing data from SQL Server and BigQuery. At Anuta Networks, I contributed to network automation and assurance solutions by developing Power BI dashboards, creating database objects, and implementing analytics. I also designed and implemented secure data pipelines into a Snowflake data warehouse, created automation test scripts with Python, and developed data pipelines using Azure Data Factory. Additionally, I conducted complex data analysis to support customer requests and used Erwin Data Modeler for database designs.
