Control for the implementation of marketing plans in the company’s branches. • Forming marketing teams in the company: marketing managers in each territory, brand managers, PR specialists, etc. Coaching and mentoring the team. Tracking productivity of the team according to approved marketing plans.

• Searching for new possible suppliers for the company to distribute their brands. The full circle of work with such suppliers – from the first contact to the arrangement of financial and commercial terms of collaboration, determination of the legal and financial issues, and coordination of brand strategy in Russia with brand owners.• Marketing management of key own brands of the company: approvement of assortment and price policy, trade-marketing programs, advertisement policy.• Developing an export trade program for the company: analysis of foreign markets, competitors, consumer behavior and preferences, forecasting of demand, and possible volume of sales.
