JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Work closely with Manager and Architect to understand the detailed scope of work. Manage day-to-day operation of the projects, coordinate with sub - contractors and tecnicians and workers and suppliers and drivers and schedule their duty. Keep up-to-date all purchase orders, budgets and reports Make sure all required tools required for the project are on site (floor plans, feature sheets etc.) Use project schedule and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Co-ordinate with suppliers / Contractors / drivers to ensure timely delivery of materials at site. Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relationship. Preparing progress report to make monthly invoice maintaining good relationship with sub-contractor and suppliers  Evaluating Technical and commercial qualification of sub contractor and suppliers Closely monitor supply of materials Co-ordinate additional supplies if necessary to avoid any shortfalls. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines  To solicit any inputs or changes in engineering design with need to be incorporated to finalize the estimation comply with
