As a production manager for all sections of production department(emulsions, enamels, epoxies, PU, decorative paints. a monthly studies of production and reporting to General manager the output levels of production, an internal auditing on all the other departments, responsibility on colouring machines, and upgrading the production machines with a new full automatic filling lines, new technology in grinding and mixing.

As a production manager for all sections of production department(emulsions, enamels, epoxies, PU, tile adhesive, grouts, decorative paints "velvet antique- auto Shinto -glaze-gold revolution-stucco-etc…) including a monthly studies of production and reporting to factory manager the output levels of production, an internal auditing on all the other departments, responsibility on coloring machines, some help in manufacturing of emulsion binders.

A National Paint & Chemicals Factory Division is one of Al-takamol for management, trading & marketing co divisions, and is the biggest paint factory in all of Yemen ,consist of 650 employees and my responsibility is managing the production for all sections like emulsions, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, lacquers, varnishes ,home cleaning solutions (flash), thinners and diluents and also on all laboratories(two as QC and one as R&D and also on raw material and finish product stores and my responsibility is to train the people in the factory and outside on the best ways to get a good products and applications, and responsible on can manufacturing section .also to make monthly production analyzing and study. my crew is around 230 employee.
