Leading Procurement Team for 5 plants ( Distribution boards , Wiring Devices , CableManagement Systems , Galvanizing plant & Racking Solutions plant ) ( Annual Turnover ofaround $8 Million )• Managing the team of SRM Function for the related plants, Ensuring smooth operation withconcerned departments .• Setting KPI’s for the Procurement team, with regular reviews for improvement and followup

Monitoring the complete supply chain process in Cables Factory (Budget of $615 Million )• Setting challenging KPI’s for the team, and prepare work plans to achieve in addition to regularmeetings to track performance and achievement progress• Inventory level Control , maintaining level of 125 Million SAR in stock• Inventory Management with improvement of Lead times, Excess & Obsolete Reduction• Supervising implementation of ISO 2015 concerning our supply chain activities• Enhancing the costing process from Supply Chain perspective , by proven developments in bothPlanning and Procurement fields .

• Monitor & analyze the whole Purchase activities of Metal & Breakers for all Factories under Alfanar Electrical Division ( 11 Factories - Total Value $480 Million )• Supplier evaluations & Development .• Arranging contracts for frequently required materials .• Preparing strategic Sourcing plans & required analysis

Leading the team of purchase of Cable Factory ( $590 Million ) , and manage all Purchase activitiesrelated , covering all areas ( Metals / Packaging / hardware / spare parts / services / machinespurchasing )• Participating in the supplier management process through development & evaluation, sourcingprocess to achieve business targets in cost saving through new sources and materials development• Setting the KPI’s for the team , and work closely with team to achieve them

• Total Value of Purchases around $375 Million• Responsible for Metal booking and price fixation for Copper & Aluminum Purchases, arranging forannual contracts for these commodities , and managing the payments & cash cycle related to thisfield .• Handling the packaging material ,Spare Parts & Hardware purchases related to Cables Factory .

• Managing orders for power cables ( LV / MV ) for Project Sales Channels .• Preparing production plan for Cables manufacturing plant & Monitoring Monthly delivery .• Implementing Sales & operation planning process .• Inventory Management through analysis for Excess and Obsolete, inventory turnover ,inventory value .• Reducing unused stock with coordination of Sales team to save costs .

• Responsible for managing and distributing inventory ( around 3’000 SKU’s ) through 14 branches allover the kingdom.• Analyzing and updating Sales forecast, Sales promotions through coordination with the Sales team.• Preparing Master planning Schedules cover Sales requirements & Rolling plan for next 12 months, toarrange Raw materials delivery .• Maintaining smooth materials flow from supplier to end customer .• Deep analysis for inventory, OTD , Excess and Obsolete materials and classification for items ,according to Sales Value
