Strategic Role:• Acting as a strategic advisor to the Executive Director and senior management team.• Work with the ED and the senior management to identify strategic areas for business growth• Look at all business metrics that are available in the ED office, analyze them and start initiatives while working with the ED and other leaders to improve them• Overseeing strategic business initiatives / special projects from ideation to implementation• Participating in business partnerships across multiple geographies and vendorsPlanning:• Providing and maintaining capacity planning and resource tracking services across the divisions.• Looking at things horizontally that is product, finance business development, technology and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.ED Office Support:• Represent ED/MD in meetings, by email, and by phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.• Supporting ED/MD in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for the completion of action items.Secretarial Support:• Planning, coordinating and keeping the contents of a meeting focused• Drafting letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the ED/MD as & when required.Process Adherence:• Creating and maintaining systems and processes to streamline operations.Additional Project:• Implementing the Document Management System end-to-end• Negotiating with different vendors on behalf of Senior Management (Technology provider, CBCs, Branding Agencies and other services providers)• Managed and executed partnership events and board meetings.Other Areas:• Collaborating with all the leaders reporting directly to the ED on different organizational goals and their execution.• Creating and presenting business plans, and pitches to different stakeholders• Conflict Management among different Stakeholders• Making interesting presentations to share/convey thoughts to a large audience• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
