As a marketing professional, I had the opportunity to work with a large retail client, where I developed cross-marketing campaigns for Asia-Pacific markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. In this role, I collaborated with a team of experts to orchestrate, analyze and optimize campaigns based on the client's requirements using Adobe Campaign Standard. I was responsible for creating, managing and executing end-to-end campaigns, which included customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization. My analytical skills enabled me to extract insights from the campaign data to continuously improve the campaign's performance.Through this experience, I gained expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns and learned to leverage marketing automation tools to enhance the customer experience.
