Salesforce Business Analyst
Current- Apply current knowledge to develop, execute, and refine action plans by advising others on best practices and information application.- Coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with both customer requirements and business objectives.- Establish and maintain a communication process to update stakeholders on project outcomes, ensuring their expectations are met.- Regularly communicate through various formats, including emails, newsletters, and presentations, to keep stakeholders informed of updates and findings. Facilitate meetings and presentations for diverse audiences, including senior management, customers, and technical teams.- Handle multiple projects by maintaining and updating documentation, managing scope, adjusting schedules as needed, setting daily priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones, following proper escalation procedures, and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.- Lead and collaborate with team members and peers by communicating ideas and viewpoints clearly to senior management and others. Initiate and manage projects, allocate resources, resolve issues, and hold the team accountable for results.- Conduct complex business and systems analysis and design to identify process improvements, ensure data reliability and quality, integrate new systems with existing ones, and recommend system and process enhancements. Partner with internal and external customers to ensure solutions align with long-term business strategies.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs, implement necessary processes, monitor progress, and adapt to changes in demand, organizational structure, and responsibilities.- Produce essential project analysis documentation, including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans.- Work closely with developers to implement requirements and provide guidance to testers during the quality assurance process.
