An observant person is always learning and finds new things, while an empathetic person understands everyone and develops a good network. I consider myself an observant and empathetic person, currently in a learning phase.I developed my observant skills while doing network marketing for 1.5 years. During that time, I met many people, each with their own unique nature, and I learned how to effectively interact with them.Empathy is a natural trait, but some incidents can help us realize its importance. When working in event management, I felt empathy for some individuals, which further strengthened this characteristic.I previously engaged in network marketing and learned many valuable skills, such as networking and management. Currently, I continue to work in event management as a part-time role, where I have further enhanced my knowledge and skills.Additionally, I pursued a PGDM course at NBS to gain a deeper understanding of various concepts and how to apply them effectively.
