 Maintenance of 30 ATA STD (Dry-Calcination) Plant related to Mechanical problems. Assisted Deputy Manager during Overhauling & Plant Shutdown. To deal with maintenance of Mechanical Structure, Pumps, Drives, Conveyors, Pipelines, Connections & various type of Heat Exchangers. To lead manpower of company & contractors. Modification & Update in Frames & Structure where required. Estimation of required material for job & to deal with inhouse store as well as vendors. Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before initiating any work & also making different types of Work Permit with SAP ERP.
