Worked for Customer Delivery Experience Team which was responsible for sending shipment tracking information of Amazon packages on different communication channels like SMS, Wechat, Email , Retail website etc. Projects -* Coded a scalable Notification Preference Service at Amazon for storing customer notification preferences for shipment tracking like TextTrace, WeChat, Email etc. * Developed Notification Storage Service for storing the shipment tracking messages that we send to customers on different communication channels with an objective to avoid duplication of messages and for the purpose of auditing of those messages. Used AWS RDS database for the purpose of storage.
