Combining my passion for sports, particularly football, with my experience and skills, my background includes significant achievements:I participated in the prestigious Liverpool Football Club Camp organized by Standard Chartered Bank, where I was even shortlisted for the Singapore camp by Liverpool Head Coach Adam Smith.I achieved shortlisting for the U-17 India camp and had the privilege of representing my state in football.During my college years, I actively participated in inter-collegiate championships and served as the Sport Secretary of my college, gaining valuable leadership and organizational skills.In my professional experience, I successfully implemented a new, interactive employee scheduling system, showcasing my ability to monitor, gauge, and project staffing needs effectively.During my 2.5-year tenure as a Football Trainer at SPURS FOOTBALL CLUB in Mumbai, India, I made a significant impact on young athletes. In this role:I established strong media and community relationships through positive interactions and effective communication in support of the sports program and prioritized building athlete confidence through motivation and encouragement strategies, empowering them to reach their full potential.Consistently, I maintained the safety of training sessions, individual exercises, and equipment usage, ensuring the prevention of sports injuries and the preservation of the facility.In my previous role as a Sports Leader at DECATHLON SPORTS INDIA PVT.
