I am a food production student at DIMS Institute of Hotel Management, where I am learning the skills and techniques of preparing various cuisines and dishes. I graduated in September 2023 with a bachelor's degree in food production.Currently, I am working as an internship trainee at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, where I am gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry, especially in the food and beverage sector. I have also completed two-month internships at The Leela Gandhinagar and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, where I contributed to the buffet and banquet setup, and the food production and hospitality services, respectively. I am passionate about providing high-quality food and service to the guests, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my competencies. My goal is to become a professional chef and work in prestigious hotels and resorts around the world.
