To supervise the RCC work activities like slab, column, shear wall, beam, and staircase concreting work with proper leveling of fresh concrete with good consistency in the member.- To check the slab, beam, and column reinforcement on-site with the given bar schedule plan by the RCC designer and correct the errors in reinforcement.- To Test compressive strength under CTM of the concrete cubes cast by given fresh concrete purchased from the RMC plant. To verify the Compressive strength test results with RMC concrete grade (M35) and required concrete strength for RCC structures.- To estimate the concrete quantity required for the floor, i.e slab and beam casting- To supervise and measure window openings and levels of brickwork according to drawings.- To check staircase shuttering and proper riser and tread level measurements.- To perform slump cone test randomly during slab concrete (valid range 90-110mm slump) casting to check the workability of concrete and detect if any wrong practices like extra water added in concrete by RMC plant workers.- To detect any safety violation on-site and send proofs to a supervisor who coordinates with a safety engineer.
