As a part of the valuations team i worked and assisted the team on multiple valuation mandates. Had been exposed to procedures in valuations using the direct comparison and discounted cash flow method. Moreover as a valuations intern i had to understand the different micro markets to get an understanding of the pricing schedules in order to run price discovery model for the undergoing mandate of the subject property.Had also been able to assist the team to form a master database comprising of all the comparables used for benchmarking to make the market study procedure much more easier.

- Was involved in making a valuation model to study the economic feasibility of the upcoming projects in a particular geography.- Was successfully able to understand that how do state and centre level policy changes have a direct impact on the behaviour of the variables considered for developing the model.- Was able to understand the kind of projects that the developers are willing/seeking currently in the economy to invest in.- Was able to understand the dynamacity of the Industrial Real estate mandates that have a root-cause impact on the developers and the economy.- Had been able to analyse the behavioral changes of the developer's capital requirement in accordance to the change in the bank interest rates
