● Responsible with 100% accuracy of Tax Deduction of W-2 candidates.● Responsible for entering all the payments and preparing Credit/Debit memo in Quick books.● Preparation all kind of MIS reports related to Accounting on weekly & monthly basis.● In case of any mismatch issue; fixing of issues by coordinating with CSA.● Ensure Time-Sheets are filled regularly/Time-sheet Management.● Keep a track on the regular revenues organization on Monthly basis.● Preparing different kinds of reports required by manager.● Payroll reconciliation on Weekly basis for all W2 and C2C consultants.● Verifying and checking expenses claims.● Handling state Unemployment Insurance Claims (These benefits claim are used to determine employee unemployment claim, If we give incorrect information in these claims then  we cannot protest and this can lead to increase our UI rate)● Filing the wage verification forms asked by DOL (These forms are used to determine employee elibility for Garnishment , Worker Compensation , Housing Society  verification & etc.).

● Handling and controlling all the US Payroll activity through ADP/QuickBooks/Bill-Quick and various systems. Payroll, US Taxation.● Knowledge of Federal Tax, State Tax, Social Security Tax, Medical Tax, Reciprocal, Local Tax, etc.● Coordinating with Ceridian team for all kind of queries.● Issuing Paystub/W2 Wages and Tax Statement/Full & Final Settlement.● Responsible for facilitating the US payroll process.● Master reconciliation on monthly basis.● Responsible for putting working hours in Master for W2 and C2C consultants on a weekly basis and setting up them for payroll.

I was handling & maintaining the payroll for the workers (approx 600-700) deputed at Delhi Metro depots manually in registers of Company.
