Day-to-day:- Coordinate with Twitter sales team and Account managers to ensure success of marketing efforts of the client.- Research and understand who the client’s audience is to develop pre-campaign reports- Provide pre-campaign reports consisting of a list of target audiences (keywords and twitter handles) for respective topics and categories.- Provide post-campaign reports in the form of keynote presentation to showcase the results achieved.- Responsible for and helping in quality control of the reports shipped to clients.- Marketing tools we use to build these reports include - Ads manager, Salesforce, Brandwatch, Marketing Mix Modelling, Flight Plan Benchmark, and Twitter targeting features.- Maintaining a system to track requests of Account Managers and Clients to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed.Non-periodic:- Helping my team build automation processes for popular topics and event-based requests- Maintaining a system for smooth internal operations.- Responsible for client engagement through a variety of projects.- Organizing virtual fun connects with the team every Friday.

- Assisting UK based customers with their media query.- Key contributor in achieving teams Targets like - AHT, CSat, reducing waste trucks, cross selling.

- Offer Travel Sales & Services for North America Region.- Cross Selling and Up selling services like hotel, flights and car rentals.- Helping Customers to build their itinerary.- Worked for other travel sites within the deal as well like — Orbitz, Cheaptickets and Travelocity.
