-Handling continues exothermic hydrogenation multiple loop reactors with high pressure & temp .-handling vaccum & atm pressure distillation.-handling hazardous materials like H2,liquid NH3,PCA,3,4DCA,DNB,3,4 DCNB,PNCB…etc-Tanker loading -unloading.-RM & FG quality maintain.-Handy On SAP ,MS Excel-Handy ON DCS.-Maintanance of plant as breakdowns, GPC,MOC with the support of respective service team.-Maintaining the recovery of Solvent and Catalyst used for the process.-work permit system/HAZOP/HIRA.-To run plant as per SOP without any deviation in process as well as safety.
