Duties and Responsibilities.-Set Up PQPs & Safety documents for CC2 and CC3 Project Under AS/NZS 5131 and AS/NZS 1554. -Work Closely with the project manager to deliver project tasks and outcome in accordance with the project schedule.-Ensuring that strong focused on achieving on the quality and safety aspect of the project.-Collaborate with structural engineers for certification.-Devising SWMS, RFI's and work method statement for the projects when required.-Preparation of project planning with the planner for the project.-Perpetration of critical path and 3 week look ahead for the project.-Managing all kind of resources required for the project .-Assisting with the final project handover including completion of all required documentation as per the client requirements.-Responsible for procurement, fabrication, installation and handover of the project.-Establish ITP's, MDR's, quality assurance, coordination with sub-contractor and site installers on a day to day basis.-Organising monthly teams meeting for feed back workmanship.-Assisting in Quotation for the new works.
