Roles and Responsibilities :-•Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.•Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control.•Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.•Collect, organize, and analyze research data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace•Research market impact on mergers, acquisitions, and unique situations in share market.•Evaluating historical and current data to make future predictions•Generating detailed reports to sum up findings•Gather, synthesize and interpret data from publications and other sources•Assist in writing research reports and notes.•Communicate investment recommendations to clients•Track and report on portfolio performanceParticipate in client meetings and conference calls•Conduct research on companies and industries and different sectors•Prepare detailed reports on investment recommendations•Develop equity strategies for clients•Analyze financial data and market trends to identify investment opportunities•Collaborate with other departments on investment strategies•Develop and maintain financial models for valuation and forecasting•Stay up to date on market trends and developments.•Contribute towards other special reports planned by the team.•Company updates on a monthly basis covering major developments during the month.•Write special reports covering major news / special events/ corporate actions/ AGM/ company visit & management meetings etc.
