Getting requirements from Account Manager• Technical screening of profiles, sourcing candidates through net & search engines (Monster, Dice), Database and through the References of the Consultants.• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle• Extensively used job portals and other search engines to identify the resources• Following up with the hiring manager on interview schedules, MSA, purchase orders and logistics details when a candidate is placed• Responsible for maintaining good relationship with vendors as well as consultants• Responsible for Hotlist processing• Building and maintaining the database• Build the Contacts from LinkedIn and other social networks• Responsible for maintaining the recruitment tool using for day to day recruitment activities• Generating reports of the individual recruiters and sending those to the management
