The SRM Team involves spacing, ranging and merchandising the stores. • Managing day-to-day report extraction for spacing and merchandising• Report generation for deciding the range and space for stores• Recommendation reports to stores for the right floor space• Monitor Department and Merch Group level recommendations to support space changes in stores.• Cover all TESCO formats for effective store functioning• Ensure all routine and adhoc reports are dealt with on time• Develop and maintain effective communication with all UK stakeholders for process improvement
