Client Account Manager
Current- Accountable to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationship by providing outstanding customer experience at the store.
- Helping clients with service problems both in store and through phone calls for their Telus/KOODO services.
- Negotiating deals with loyalty department for customer retention.
- Reach out to potential clients by going through customer list which are eligible for contract renewals.
- Perform inventory management duties including receiving the products, organizing, merchandising and transfers products to other company locations.
