Responsibilities:• Handle various IT roles within Software Development, Network Engineering & Administration, Infrastructure & Technology Support, Project Management, Business, Systems & Data Analysis, Testing and Quality Assurance• Job posting and advertising on LinkedIn and various Job portals to attract suitable talent.• Candidate screening to filter suitable candidates according to the role and job description.• Maintain excel reports for candidate and role tracking.• Coordinate with the candidates and clients to schedule and confirm interviews.• Provide constant feedback and update to candidates on the hiring process.• Maintain a strong candidate network using LinkedIn and social media platforms to effectively source for urgent client requirements.• Processing offers and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates. • Ensuring documents are verified and maintained for the placements made. • Follow up on the timesheets of contractors to make payments.
