Leading full P&L responsibilities, the growth of AMPlify’s consulting practice, which focuses on technology transformation, strategy, and architecture challenges of Fortune 50 clients, and leading the Talent and Human Resources Strategy consulting services in the US. Internal growth: • Lead a staff of over 50+, achieving year-over-year growth of 50% to 100% with oversight of business development, solutions delivery, practice operations, and partnerships. • Lead all the CIO, ERP, compliance, risk, and cybersecurity oversight for AMP, and the parent company, Knight Management Group, and subsidiaries in the portfolio, supporting over 100 employees.• Led due diligence, valuation, and cap table for the three-company rollout from the original Knight Group to create a new entity; led the integration, structure, offerings, and independent business.External growth: • Strategic implementation of multiple technology platforms resulting in a client’s cost savings of over $15M.• Revamped compliance, risk, and processes to enable the growth of a nano-cap client to $200 Million.• Led a distressed public company through a people restructuring to create efficiencies, stabilized stock price, and trained remaining HR staff to support growth. • Worked with UNICEF to reduce external consultant costs, develop an SME team, and stabilize internal projects including an ERP implementation, working across Finance, HR, and technology departments.
