- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance- Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

- planning and organising production schedules- assessing project and resource requirements- estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers- ensuring that health and safety regulations are met- determining quality control standards- overseeing production processes- re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary- selecting, ordering and purchasing materials- organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment- liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff- supervising the work of junior staff- organising relevant training sessions

- testing new processes - collecting data required to make improvements and modifications - overseeing the construction of new plants- using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods- purchasing and installing equipment- using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum, heat transfer etc- supervising plant operations- investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems- scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets- ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities- assessing safety and environmental issues- liaising with installation/project engineers and specialists- ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.

- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying andchecking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensurethat all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variationreporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billingprocesses, etc- Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring- Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders (subcontractor’squotations) for the preparation of Service agreements- Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creationof WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of allpurchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.- Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel activities on adaily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel related issues relating tothe project promptly to the project manager and management.- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues toensure the delivery/completion of the project work.- Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on amonthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.- Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and whenrequired.
