• Providing support to scheduling request in Control-M distributed environment (like creating a new job/tables & calendar Manager)• Create job/smart table definitions.• Create and manage the calendar according to the requirements (Regular & Periodic).• Coordinate with appropriate team via conference call to provide permanent solution for the batch delays.• Modifying the scheduling definition of Jobs based on the application team’s requirements.• Holding & Releasing jobs from the Control-M Desktop.• Perform first level trouble shooting of abends. • Reviewing the daily abends and ensuring the Daily schedules complete on-time.• Recycling of Control-M agents.
